【摘要】：目的探討早期帕金森(PD)患者接受左旋多巴治療后認(rèn)知功能受損的情況。方法選擇2014年3月至2015年3月期間該院或門診初診為原發(fā)性PD患者30例,根據(jù)患者意愿,選擇同意服用左旋多巴17例為PD-T組,不同意服用左旋多巴13例為PD組,以及同期該院15例門診健康體檢者為健康對照組(C組);分別進(jìn)行簡易智能狀態(tài)檢查(MMSE)、聽覺誘發(fā)電位(AEP)檢查。結(jié)果治療前,PD-T組及PD組與C組在MMSE總評分、注意力、計(jì)算力和語言能力及N2PL、P300PL、P300Amp等方面比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。經(jīng)藥物治療后PD-T組在N2PL、P300PL與C組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但在MMSE方面比較差異仍有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);PD-T組與PD組在MMSE、N2PL、P300PL,P300Amp比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。PD組與C組在MMSE、N2PL、P300PL、P300Amp比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 MMSE、AEP能較客觀反映早期PD患者認(rèn)知功能受損情況;早期PD患者服用左旋多巴治療對認(rèn)知功能有一定改善作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the cognitive impairment in patients with early Parkinson's disease (PD) after levodopa therapy. Methods from March 2014 to March 2015, 30 patients with primary PD were selected from the hospital or outpatient clinic. According to the wishes of the patients, 17 patients were selected as PD-T group and 13 patients as PD group who did not agree to take levodopa. In the same period, 15 cases of outpatient health check-up in this hospital were taken as healthy control group C, MMSEN and AEPs were examined by simple intelligence state examination and auditory evoked potential (AEPs), respectively. Results before treatment, there were significant differences in total MMSE score, attention, computational ability and language ability between PD group and group C, as well as N2PLP P300 PLP P300Amp. There was significant difference between PD group and C group. After drug treatment, there was no significant difference between PD-T group and C group in N2PLN P300PL and C group, but there was still a significant difference in MMSE between PD-T group and PD group. There was no significant difference between PD-T group and PD group in MMSE N2PLP300 PLPLP P300Amp. There was no significant difference between PD group and C group in MMSEN2PLP300 P300Amp. There was no significant difference between PD group and C group in MMSEN2PLP300 P300Amp. Conclusion MMSE AEP can objectively reflect the cognitive impairment in early PD patients, and the treatment of levodopa in early PD patients can improve cognitive function to some extent.
