【摘要】：目的探討顱內(nèi)腦膜結(jié)核瘤MRI特征。方法回顧性分析5例經(jīng)手術(shù)及病理證實的顱內(nèi)腦膜結(jié)核瘤MR表現(xiàn),著重觀察瘤體的形態(tài)與在T_2WI、T_1WI增強掃描及擴散加權(quán)成像(DWI)上信號特征。結(jié)果 5例腦膜結(jié)核瘤均沿著腦膜分布并不同程度地向腦實質(zhì)內(nèi)浸潤,2例病灶主要位于右側(cè)額部腦膜,2例病灶主要位于左側(cè)額部腦膜并累及大腦鐮前部腦膜,1例主要位于大腦鐮前部腦膜并累及雙側(cè)額部腦膜。4例瘤體T_1WI表現(xiàn)為低信號,1例瘤體表現(xiàn)為稍高信號,T_2WI及DWI均表現(xiàn)為低信號,T_1WI增強掃描上表現(xiàn)為均勻高信號,病灶對應部位白質(zhì)內(nèi)均見大片狀水腫。結(jié)論顱內(nèi)腦膜結(jié)核瘤的MRI特征表現(xiàn)為病灶主要沿腦膜生長并局部侵及腦實質(zhì),T_2WI及DWI上表現(xiàn)為低信號,T_1WI增強掃描為均勻性強化。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the MRI features of intracranial meningioma. Methods Mr findings of 5 cases of intracranial tuberculoma proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The morphology of the tumor and the signal characteristics on T _ 2W _ I _ T _ 1WI enhanced and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) were observed. Results all the 5 cases of meningioma were infiltrated into the parenchyma of the brain to varying degrees along the meninges. 2 cases were located mainly in the right frontal meninges and 1 case was located mainly in the left frontal meninges and involved the anterior part of the falx meninges in 1 case. Mainly located in the meninges of the anterior part of the falx and involving bilateral frontal meninges, the T_1WI manifestations of 4 cases were low signal intensity and low signal intensity. Both T 2WI and DWI showed hypointensity T 1WI and low signal intensity T 1WI. Large flake edema was found in the white matter of the corresponding site of the lesion. Conclusion the MRI features of intracranial meningioma are as follows: the focus grows mainly along the meninges and invades the cerebral parenchyma on T _ 2WI and DWI, the enhancement of T _ 1WI is homogenous enhancement.
