【摘要】：目的探討B(tài)runel平穩(wěn)評定表(BBA)信效度和與患者日常生活活動能力(ADL)的相關(guān)性。方法由兩名專業(yè)人員對符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的215例患者進(jìn)行BBA、日常生活能力(ADL)、步行能力測試,采用Pearson相關(guān)分析、因子分析法和描述性統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 BBA總分和3個維度Cronbach′sα系數(shù)為0.852~0.941(P0.01),BBA每一條目與其所在維度的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.735~0.971(P0.05),且每一條目與其所在維度的相關(guān)系數(shù)均高于其他維度的相關(guān)系數(shù);因子分析提取出3個公因子,累計貢獻(xiàn)率為83.916%;但BBA有較高的天花板效應(yīng);BBA與ADL、步行能力的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.284~0.709(P0.05)。結(jié)論 BBA具有良好的信效度,并能較好地反映ADL功能和步行功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between reliability and validity of Brunel and ADL. Methods Pearson correlation analysis, factor analysis and descriptive statistical analysis were used to test the walking ability of 215 patients who met the criteria of BBA, ADL and ADL. Results the correlation coefficient between the total score of BBA and the Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of three dimensions was 0.852 / 0. 941 / 0. 01 and the correlation coefficient between each item and its dimension was 0. 735 / 0. 971 / P0. 05, and the correlation coefficient between each item and its dimension was higher than that of other dimensions, and the three common factors were extracted by factor analysis. The accumulative contribution rate was 83.916, but BBA had a higher ceiling effect and the correlation coefficient of walking ability was 0.284 ~ 0.709 (P0.05). Conclusion BBA has good reliability and validity, and can reflect ADL function and walking function.
