【摘要】：正患者,女,67歲。因右眼上瞼下垂20余天于2016年8月1日就診于我院眼科門(mén)診,并收入院治療。伴隨癥狀有右眼眶周?chē)弁�、頭痛、頭暈及肢體麻痹感。既往有高血壓病史,血壓藥物控制平穩(wěn)。眼部檢查:VOD不能配合,NCT OD 8.7 mmH g,右眼上瞼完全遮蓋角膜,瞳孔圓,直徑約7mm,反射消失,眼底正常。右眼向上、下、內(nèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)受限。左眼眼前段及后段均未見(jiàn)明顯異常,眼球向各方向運(yùn)動(dòng)無(wú)受限。入院診斷考慮"右眼動(dòng)
[Abstract]:The patient was 67 years old. The right eyelid ptosis was admitted to our hospital on August 1, 2016 for more than 20 days. Accompanying symptoms include pain around the right orbit, headache, dizziness, and limb paralysis. Have a history of hypertension, blood pressure drug control is stable. Eye examination: Vod could not be combined with NCT OD 8.7 mmH g, the upper eyelid completely covered the cornea, the pupil was round, about 7 mm in diameter, the reflex disappeared and the fundus was normal. Right eye upward, lower, internal movement limited. There was no obvious abnormality in the anterior segment and posterior segment of the left eye, and the eye movement in all directions was not restricted. Admission diagnosis considerations "right eye movement"
