新生豬缺氧缺血腦損傷后酰胺質(zhì)子轉(zhuǎn)移成像

【摘要】:目的探討不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)新生豬缺氧缺血腦損傷(HIBI)模型酰胺質(zhì)子轉(zhuǎn)移(APT)成像基底核APT值的變化。方法選用出生后3~5天的健康新生豬35只,分為對照組(n=5)及模型組(n=30),分別進(jìn)行假手術(shù)(對照組)及HIBI建模操作。其中模型組依據(jù)MR掃描和建立HIBI模型的間隔時(shí)間分為0~2h、2~6h、6~12h、12~24h、24~48h、48~72h亞組。對各組均行APT成像,測量雙側(cè)基底核APT值。比較對照組及模型組各亞組間基底核APT值的差異。結(jié)果新生豬HIBI后0~2h,APT值出現(xiàn)急劇下降,隨后逐漸升高,24h左右基本恢復(fù)至對照組水平。對照組及模型組0~2h、2~6h、6~12h、12~24h、24~48h、48~72h亞組平均APT值分別為0.52±0.09、-0.35±0.08、-0.02±0.14、0.28±0.04、0.46±0.11、0.80±0.11、1.24±0.18。除12~24h亞組外(P=0.68),模型組其余各亞組與對照組間APT值差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.01)。結(jié)論 APT值在新生豬HIBI后呈現(xiàn)先下降后上升的變化趨勢,有望為今后進(jìn)一步臨床研究HIBI患兒腦內(nèi)病理生理變化提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of APT values in basal nucleus of neonatal pigs with hypoxic ischemic brain injury (HIBI) model at different time points. Methods Thirty-five healthy newborn pigs were divided into control group (control group) and model group (control group) and model group (control group) and HIBI modeling operation. The model group was divided into two groups according to Mr scanning and the interval time of HIBI model. APT imaging was performed in all groups, and the APT values of bilateral basal nuclei were measured. The APT values of basal nucleus were compared between the control group and the model group. Results APT decreased sharply at 0 ~ 2 h after HIBI, then gradually increased to the control level at about 24 h. The average APT values of the control group and the model group were 0.52 鹵0.09h-0.35 鹵0.08U -0.02 鹵0.140.28 鹵0.04U 0.46 鹵0.111.80 鹵0.111.24 鹵0.111.24 h and 48h / 72 h, respectively, and the average APT values of the control group and the model group were 0.52 鹵0.09 ~ 0.35 鹵0.08U -0.02 鹵0.140.28 鹵0.04U 0.46 鹵0.111.24 鹵0.111.24 鹵0.18, respectively. The APT values of the other subgroups in the model group were significantly different from those of the control group (P < 0.01) except for the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion the value of APT in newborn pigs showed a tendency of decreasing first and then rising after HIBI, which may provide a reference for further clinical study on the changes of brain pathophysiology in children with HIBI.
