【摘要】：目的　了解 2型糖尿病合并腦血管疾病患者在首發(fā)腦血管疾病時(shí) 2型糖尿病的診斷狀況及相關(guān)臨床表現(xiàn)。方法　入選對象為本院 2 0 0 2年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 5月在本院內(nèi)分泌科及神經(jīng)內(nèi)科住院的 2型糖尿病合并腦血管疾病患者 ,按已明確診斷 2型糖尿病、首次確診 2型糖尿病分組 ,將入選者臨床及實(shí)驗(yàn)室資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果　在這些腦血管疾病患者中新確診的 2型糖尿病占總數(shù)的 2 7.66% ,兩組體重指數(shù)均超標(biāo) ,新確診的 2型糖尿病組其體重指數(shù)顯著高于以往已明確診斷 2型糖尿病者 ,高血壓的患病率分別為 79.49%和 84.78% ,年齡、血糖、血脂等臨床指標(biāo)相似。結(jié)論　糖尿病患者在被診
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnosis and clinical manifestations of type 2 diabetes mellitus with cerebrovascular disease. Methods from January 2002 to May 2003, patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebrovascular diseases were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology and Neurology in our hospital. The clinical and laboratory data of type 2 diabetes were statistically analyzed. Results the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus accounted for 27.66% of the patients with cerebrovascular diseases, and the body mass index of both groups exceeded the standard. The body mass index of the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients was significantly higher than that of the previously diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients. The prevalence of hypertension was 79.49% and 84.78%, respectively. The age, blood glucose, blood lipid and other clinical indexes were similar. Conclusion Diabetic patients are being diagnosed.
