【摘要】：目的研究急性缺血性腦卒中與血漿正五聚蛋白3(pentraxin 3,PTX3)水平的關(guān)系,并探索血漿PTX3水平與頸動脈粥樣硬化的關(guān)系。方法納入急性缺血性腦卒中患者共103例,對照組患者83例。應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)檢測所有患者入院時的血漿PTX3水平,以及急性缺血性腦卒中患者規(guī)律治療第7天的血漿PTX3水平。對急性缺血性腦卒中患者進行頸部多普勒血管超聲檢查,根據(jù)頸動脈斑塊穩(wěn)定性將患者分為兩組。研究血漿PTX3水平與急性缺血性腦卒中及頸部斑塊穩(wěn)定性之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 (1)急性缺血性腦卒中組的血漿PTX3水平明顯高于對照組(P0.05),經(jīng)規(guī)律治療7 d后,恢復(fù)期的血漿PTX3水平明顯低于急性期(P0.05),但仍高于對照組(P0.05)。經(jīng)多因素Logistic回歸后提示血漿PTX3水平與急性缺血性腦卒中密切相關(guān)(OR=15.043,95%CI:3.46~65.45,P0.001)。(2)急性缺血性腦卒中組中,不穩(wěn)定斑塊組急性期和恢復(fù)期的血漿PTX3水平均高于無斑塊與穩(wěn)定斑塊組(P0.05)。結(jié)論急性缺血性腦卒中患者具有較高的血漿PTX3水平,伴有頸動脈不穩(wěn)定斑塊的急性缺血性腦卒中患者血漿PTX3水平更高。血漿PTX3水平與急性缺血性腦卒中密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between acute ischemic stroke and plasma normal pentagglutinin (3(pentraxin _ 3) PTX _ 3, and to explore the relationship between plasma PTX3 level and carotid atherosclerosis. Methods 103 patients with acute ischemic stroke and 83 patients with control group were included. The plasma PTX3 levels of all patients were measured by Elisa and the plasma PTX3 levels of patients with acute ischemic stroke were measured on the 7th day after regular treatment. The patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into two groups according to the stability of carotid plaque. To study the relationship between plasma PTX3 level and the stability of acute ischemic stroke and cervical plaque. Results 1) the plasma PTX3 level in the acute ischemic stroke group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). After regular treatment for 7 days, the plasma PTX3 level in the convalescent stage was significantly lower than that in the acute phase, but still higher than that in the control group. After multivariate Logistic regression, it was suggested that plasma PTX3 level was closely related to acute ischemic stroke. The plasma PTX3 level in acute ischemic stroke group was higher than that in unstable plaque group and stable plaque group (P 0.05). Conclusion the plasma PTX3 level in patients with acute ischemic stroke is higher than that in acute ischemic stroke patients with unstable plaque of carotid artery. Plasma PTX3 level is closely related to acute ischemic stroke.
