氧化應(yīng)激與帕金森老年患者運(yùn)動(dòng)功能的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探究氧化應(yīng)激對(duì)帕金森老年患者運(yùn)動(dòng)功能的影響。方法選取50例帕金森患者(實(shí)驗(yàn)組)、50例身體健康者(對(duì)照組),檢測(cè)Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)不同分級(jí)患者和對(duì)照組血清微量元素以及血漿內(nèi)與氧化應(yīng)激相關(guān)的指標(biāo)含量,包括丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH),觀察實(shí)驗(yàn)組中患者的上述指標(biāo)與其所處HY分級(jí)之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果對(duì)照組血清內(nèi)銅、鋅的平均含量高于實(shí)驗(yàn)組,鉛含量低于實(shí)驗(yàn)組;血漿內(nèi)MDA平均含量低于實(shí)驗(yàn)組,SOD與GSH高于實(shí)驗(yàn)組;上述差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者中,H-Y1級(jí)8例,H-Y2級(jí)13例,H-Y3級(jí)17例,H-Y≥4級(jí)12例;患者所處Hoehn-Yahr分級(jí)與其血漿內(nèi)MAD含量呈顯著正相關(guān),與SOD、GSH含量呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論隨著疾病發(fā)展,帕金森病癥患者機(jī)體的抗氧化應(yīng)激能力越來越差,運(yùn)動(dòng)障礙越嚴(yán)重。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of oxidative stress on motor function in Parkinson's elderly patients. Methods 50 patients with Parkinson's disease (experimental group, 50 healthy persons) were selected to detect serum trace elements and plasma levels related to oxidative stress in patients with different grades of Hoehn-Yahrrrhium (control group) and control group (control group). Including malondialdehyde (MDA) MDAA, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH). The relationship between the above indexes and the HY grade of the patients in the experimental group was observed. Results the average contents of copper and zinc in serum of the control group were higher than that of the experimental group, the lead content was lower than that of the experimental group, and the average content of MDA in the plasma was lower than that in the experimental group and GSH was higher than that in the experimental group. In the experimental group, there were 8 cases of grade H Y1 and 13 cases of grade H Y2 and 17 cases of grade H Y 3 鈮,
