[Abstract]:The effect of magnetic induction on motor rehabilitation of stroke patients was explored, and the experimental method of magnetic field induced spontaneous brain electrical activity was designed. The experimental method was applied to the affected brain region of 8 stroke patients by pulsed magnetic field with extremely low frequency of 16 Hz and low intensity of 20 m Tc.At the same time, EEG signals in resting state were collected and the data were analyzed. The rehabilitation effect was evaluated by Jebsen-Taylor hand function test and simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale and modified Barthel index rating scale. The results showed that the score of the scale was significantly increased after magnetic induction, and the energy of the high frequency band of EEG increased in the motor cortex. The results show that magnetic induction has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of stroke patients and can be combined with traditional rehabilitation therapy to play an auxiliary role in neurorehabilitation.
