【摘要】：目的本研究通過對河北省心腦血管事件資料的收集和整理分析,了解河北省心腦血管事件的流行病學分布情況,為河北省制定心腦血管預防和保健等相關政策提供科學依據(jù)。方法將河北省的縣、區(qū)按人口數(shù)大小分層,在每層中隨機整群抽取一定數(shù)量的縣(市)區(qū),各層抽取的縣(市)區(qū)共同作為研究樣本地區(qū),樣本地區(qū)內(nèi)的各級醫(yī)療機構內(nèi)的臨床醫(yī)師以ICD-10(《疾病和有關健康問題的國際統(tǒng)計分類》)為依據(jù),在日常工作中對就診患者進行診斷,屬于心血管事件的病例即填寫事件報告卡并上報,由專業(yè)人員收集匯總。整理2015年上報的病例信息,利用統(tǒng)計軟件spss分析其流行病學特征。結果1河北省心腦血管事件粗發(fā)病率為477.6/10萬,粗死亡率為218.0/10萬;2河北省心腦血管事件城市居民發(fā)病率為582.2/10萬,死亡率為207.7/10萬;農(nóng)村發(fā)病率為377.0/10萬,死亡率為216.4/10萬;3河北省心腦血管事件的發(fā)病率和死亡率均隨年齡的增大而增加;4河北省心腦血管事件男性發(fā)病率為525.3/10萬,女性發(fā)病率為427.6/10萬;男性死亡率為242.3/10萬,女性死亡率為192.5/10萬;5河北省心腦血管事件在全年發(fā)生,1月到3月間多發(fā),6月到10月間報告數(shù)較低。結論1河北省心腦血管事件具有一定的流行病學特征;2河北省心腦血管事件城市居民發(fā)病率高于農(nóng)村,死亡率低于農(nóng)村;3河北省心腦血管事件的發(fā)病率和死亡率均隨年齡的增大而逐漸增加;4河北省心腦血管事件的發(fā)病率和死亡率與性別有關,男性發(fā)病率和死亡率要高于女性;5河北省心腦血管事件在冬季多發(fā),夏季報告數(shù)較低。
[Abstract]:Objective through collecting and analyzing the data of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province, we can understand the epidemiological distribution of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province, and provide scientific basis for the establishment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular prevention and health care policies in Hebei Province.Methods the counties and districts of Hebei Province were stratified according to the population size. A certain number of counties (cities) and counties (cities) were randomly selected from each layer as the sample areas of the study.According to ICD-10 (International Statistical Classification of Diseases and related Health problems), the clinicians in the medical institutions at all levels in the sample area diagnosed the patients in their daily work.Cases belonging to cardiovascular events are filled in and reported to the event report card, collected and summarized by professionals.The information of cases reported in 2015 was collected and the epidemiological characteristics were analyzed by spss.Results 1 the crude incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province was 477.6 / 100,000, and the crude mortality rate was 218.0 / 100000. The incidence rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in urban residents of Hebei Province was 582.2 / 100,000, the mortality rate was 207.7 / 100,000, and the incidence rate in rural areas was 377.0 / 100,000.The mortality rate is 216.4 / 100,0000.The incidence and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province increase with age. The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province is 525.3 / 100,000,000 for men and 427.6 / 100,000 for women; the mortality rate for men is 2,42.3 / 100,000.The mortality rate of female was 192.5% / 100,000.The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province occurred in the whole year, more frequently from January to March, and the number of reported cases from June to October was low.Conclusion (1) the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in urban residents of Hebei Province is higher than that in rural areas.The morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province were lower than those in rural areas. The incidence and mortality rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province increased gradually with the increase of age. The incidence and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province were related to sex.The morbidity and mortality of male patients were higher than that of females. The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province was more frequent in winter and the number of reports in summer was lower.
