【摘要】：目的探討基于鏡像神經(jīng)元理論指導(dǎo)的視頻示范訓(xùn)練對(duì)腦卒中后執(zhí)行功能障礙患者的效果。方法 2014年7月~2015年7月40例住院腦卒中后執(zhí)行功能障礙患者分為對(duì)照組(n=20)和觀察組(n=20)。對(duì)照組予常規(guī)執(zhí)行功能康復(fù)訓(xùn)練,觀察組先看相應(yīng)訓(xùn)練動(dòng)作的示范視頻,再進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練。治療前后兩組采用執(zhí)行功能缺陷綜合征行為學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)(BADS)進(jìn)行評(píng)定。結(jié)果治療后,觀察組除規(guī)則轉(zhuǎn)換卡片測(cè)驗(yàn)、找鑰匙測(cè)驗(yàn)外,其余各分項(xiàng)評(píng)分及測(cè)驗(yàn)總分均較對(duì)照組提高(t2.9,P0.05)。結(jié)論基于鏡像神經(jīng)元理論的鏡像視頻示范訓(xùn)練對(duì)腦卒中執(zhí)行功能障礙患者有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of video demonstration training based on mirror neuron theory on patients with executive dysfunction after stroke.Methods from July 2014 to July 2015, 40 inpatients with executive dysfunction after stroke were divided into two groups: control group (n = 20) and observation group (n = 20).The control group was given routine functional rehabilitation training, and the observation group first watched the demonstration video of the corresponding training action, and then trained.Before and after treatment, the two groups were assessed with behavioral evaluation of executive dysfunction syndrome (Bads).Results after treatment, the scores of the other items and the total scores of the test in the observation group were higher than those in the control group except the regular card conversion test and the key finding test.Conclusion mirrored video demonstration training based on mirror neuron theory is effective for stroke patients with executive dysfunction.
