【摘要】：目的觀察臭氧結(jié)合藥物治療對(duì)腦腫瘤術(shù)后腦水腫范圍及患者血漿內(nèi)皮素含量變化的影響。方法將大腦半球腦腫瘤術(shù)后患者60例隨機(jī)分為藥物治療、臭氧治療組各30例。對(duì)照觀察兩組患者治療前、后腦水腫的程度和血漿內(nèi)皮素含量變化。結(jié)果手術(shù)前,兩組間患者的血漿內(nèi)皮素含量及腦水腫范圍指數(shù)無明顯差異(p0.05)。比較兩組間術(shù)后血漿內(nèi)皮素含量檢測(cè)結(jié)果及腦水腫范圍指標(biāo),臭氧治療組的血漿內(nèi)皮素含量降低及腦水腫范圍縮小程度較對(duì)照組治療更為顯著(P0.01)。結(jié)論臭氧治療組較藥物治療組降低血漿內(nèi)皮素含量、改善腦水腫效果最為明顯,更有利于促進(jìn)患者術(shù)后功能恢復(fù)及提高生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of ozone combined with drug therapy on the range of brain edema and plasma endothelin content after brain tumor operation.Methods 60 patients with cerebral hemispheres after operation were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in ozone group and 30 cases in ozone group.The changes of brain edema and plasma endothelin content were observed before and after treatment.Results there was no significant difference in plasma endothelin content and cerebral edema range index between the two groups before operation.The plasma endothelin content and the range of brain edema were compared between the two groups. The decrease of plasma endothelin content and the extent of cerebral edema in the ozone treatment group were more significant than those in the control group (P 0.01).Conclusion the ozone treatment group can reduce the plasma endothelin content and improve the brain edema. It is more helpful to promote the recovery of postoperative function and improve the quality of life of the patients.
