【摘要】：目的研究燈盞細辛注射液聯(lián)合胞磷膽堿鈉膠囊治療腦梗死患者的臨床療效。方法 2012年1月—2015年2月北京市東城區(qū)第一人民醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科收治的腦梗死患者84例,隨機分為對照組和治療組,每組各42例。對照組在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服胞磷膽堿鈉膠囊,0.2 g/次,3次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注燈盞細辛注射液,40 m L加入0.9%生理鹽水250 m L中,1次/d。兩組患者的治療時間均為14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時比較兩組治療前后超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、神經(jīng)功能缺損程度(NIHSS)評分、Barthel指數(shù)、血漿黏度、全血黏度、纖維蛋白原、血小板聚集率、紅細胞壓積的變化情況。結(jié)果治療后,對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為61.90%、83.33%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者CRP、NIHSS評分、血漿黏度、全血黏度、纖維蛋白原、血小板聚集率、紅細胞壓積均顯著降低,SOD、Barthel指數(shù)均顯著升高,同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論燈盞細辛注射液聯(lián)合胞磷膽堿鈉膠囊治療腦梗死具有較好的臨床療效,有利于患者神經(jīng)功能的恢復(fù),改善生活能力,具有較好的臨床使用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of Fleabane Injection Combined with Citicoline Sodium Capsules treatment in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods from January 2012 to February 2015 in Beijing city of Dongcheng District first people's Hospital, Department of Neurology, 84 cases of cerebral infarction patients, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated in the conventional treatment based on the Citicoline Sodium Capsules 0.2, g/, 3 /d. treatment group in the control group based on the treatment of intravenous injection of erigeron injection, 40 m L in 0.9% ns 250 m L, 1 /d., two groups of patients with treatment time was 14 d. The clinical curative effect of two groups before and after treatment between the two groups at the same time, superoxide dismutase (SOD), serum high sensitivity C reactive protein (CRP), degree of neurological deficit (NIHSS) score, Barthel index, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen, platelet aggregation rate, changes in hematocrit 2. Results after treatment, the treatment group and the control group the total effective rate was 61.90%, 83.33%, there was significant difference between two groups (P0.05). After treatment, two patients in the CRP group, NIHSS score, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen, platelet aggregation rate, hematocrit decreased significantly, SOD, Barthel index were significantly higher, statistically significant differences in the same group before and after treatment and the treatment group (P0.05); these indicators were much better than the control group, with significant differences between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion fleabane injection combined with Citicoline Sodium Capsules for the treatment of cerebral infarction has good clinical curative effect, is beneficial to patients the recovery of neurological function, improve the living ability, has good clinical value.
