【摘要】：目的探討心房顫動(房顫)老年患者缺血性腦卒中的危險因素。方法選取2013年2月~2015年2月我院確診的132例房顫老年患者的臨床資料進行分析,結(jié)合CT和MRI技術(shù)診斷其是否伴隨缺血性腦卒中,將其分為對照組(單純房顫患者)69例和觀察組(房顫伴有缺血性腦卒中)63例,分析引起缺血性腦卒中發(fā)生的危險因素。結(jié)果房顫并發(fā)缺血性腦卒中老年患者與年齡(χ~2=9.791,P=0.001)、高血壓病(χ~2=4.859,P=0.027)、2型糖尿病(χ~2=7.283,P=0.007)、持續(xù)性房顫(χ~2=15.230,P=0.000)、頸動脈斑塊(χ~2=8.508,P=0.004)、左心房擴大(χ~2=8.340,P=0.004)有關(guān)。經(jīng)多因素Logistic回歸模型分析可知,年齡≥70歲、高血壓病、2型糖尿病、持續(xù)性房顫、頸動脈斑塊及左心房擴大為房顫缺血性腦卒中老年患者的獨立危險因素。結(jié)論高齡、高血壓病、2型糖尿病、持續(xù)性房顫、頸動脈斑塊及左心房擴大是影響房顫老年患者缺血性腦卒中的危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the risk factors of ischemic stroke in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation (AF).Methods the clinical data of 132 elderly patients with atrial fibrillation from February 2013 to February 2015 were analyzed, and CT and MRI techniques were used to diagnose whether they were accompanied by ischemic stroke.They were divided into control group (69 patients with atrial fibrillation) and observation group (63 patients with atrial fibrillation and ischemic stroke).
