【摘要】：目的 觀察老年腦梗死(cerebral infarction,CI)患者血漿中B型腦鈉肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)水平的變化特征,探討B(tài)NP在CI中的臨床應(yīng)用意義。方法 選擇60例老年CI患者為觀察組,58名體檢健康者為對照組;60例CI患者依據(jù)病程將CI分為急性期(發(fā)病3d內(nèi))亞組和亞急性期(發(fā)病3~10 d)亞組;60例CI患者根據(jù)頭顱MRI分型將腦梗死為大面積腦梗死(病灶直徑5 cm)亞組和非大面積腦梗死(病灶直徑≤5 cm)亞組。檢測各組和亞組血漿中的BNP水平與進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果 CI組血漿BNP水平顯著高于對照組(P0.01);CI組急性期亞組血漿BNP含量明顯高于對照組(P0.01),也顯著高于亞急性期亞組(P0.01);大面積CI亞組血漿BNP含量顯著高于非大面積CI亞組(P0.01)。結(jié)論 急性期和大面積CI老年患者血漿BNP水平明顯升高,提示BNP可能在老年CI發(fā)生過程中起著重要作用,可望成為CI診斷指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of plasma levels of type B brain natriuretic peptide (natriuretic) in elderly patients with cerebral infarction (CI) and to explore the clinical significance of BNP in CI.Methods 60 patients with CI were divided into acute stage (within 3 days) group and subacute phase (3 to 10 days) subgroup according to the course of disease.
