【摘要】：目的探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療基底節(jié)區(qū)腦出血的效果及對(duì)生存質(zhì)量的影響。方法按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將我院收治的78例基底節(jié)區(qū)腦出血患者均分成常規(guī)組與研究組,前者予以常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療,后者采取中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療,比較2組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果研究組患者的總有效率(97.4%)高于常規(guī)組(84.6%),差異顯著(P0.05);研究組患者的ADL評(píng)分比常規(guī)組高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)基底節(jié)區(qū)腦出血患者采取中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療療效顯著,且可改善患者的生存質(zhì)量,值得大力推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage and its effect on quality of life.Methods Seventy-eight patients with basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The former was treated with routine western medicine and the latter was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Results the total effective rate of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the routine group (P 0.05), and the ADL score of the study group was higher than that of the routine group (P 0.05).Conclusion the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia area with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is effective and can improve the quality of life of patients. It is worth popularizing.
