【摘要】：目的:本研究通過(guò)測(cè)定健康男大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間持續(xù)伏案過(guò)程中小腦下后動(dòng)脈供血區(qū)腦氧的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,了解健康男大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間伏案工作過(guò)程中小腦下后動(dòng)脈供血情況,為廣大伏案工作人群提供頸椎自我保健的指導(dǎo),為頸椎病的預(yù)防也提供相應(yīng)的理論依據(jù)。方法:隨機(jī)選取非術(shù)科系18-22歲健康男大學(xué)生10名。受試對(duì)象身體健康狀況良好,無(wú)頭、頸、肩相關(guān)疾病,實(shí)驗(yàn)前24h未從事劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng),無(wú)疲勞癥狀,且受試者每周運(yùn)動(dòng)頻率低次于3次。受試者在固定體位連續(xù)伏案160min,伏案過(guò)程中采用近紅外光譜儀(NIRS)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)小腦下后動(dòng)脈血供。通過(guò)分析NIRS測(cè)試結(jié)果,探討長(zhǎng)時(shí)間伏案對(duì)小腦下后動(dòng)脈血供的影響。結(jié)果:1.在持續(xù)伏案160min過(guò)程中,Hb O2、t Hb隨時(shí)間推移呈緩慢上升趨勢(shì),HHb隨時(shí)間推移呈緩慢下降趨勢(shì);經(jīng)重復(fù)測(cè)量方差檢驗(yàn),Hb O2不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)變化差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=8.666,P=0.001),t Hb不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)變化差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=3.059,P=0.042),HHb不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)變化差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=119.059,P=0.000)。2.Hb O2變化率隨時(shí)間呈下降趨勢(shì),且Hb O2變化率始終大于HHb的變化率。結(jié)論:在持續(xù)伏案的160min內(nèi)小腦下后動(dòng)脈血流量隨時(shí)間推移呈緩慢上升趨勢(shì),但Hb O2的上升幅度隨伏案時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)逐漸減小。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the blood supply of the posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PCA) in healthy male college students by measuring the dynamic changes of cerebral oxygen in the blood supply area of the posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PCA) during long-term sustained voltammetry in healthy male college students. Methods: 10 healthy male college students aged 18-22 years old in non-technical department were randomly selected. The subjects were in good health condition and headless, and provided corresponding theoretical basis for the prevention of cervical spondylosis. Neck, shoulder related diseases, 24 hours before the experiment did not engage in strenuous exercise, no symptoms of fatigue, The frequency of exercise was lower than that of 3 times a week. The subjects used NIR spectroscopy to monitor the blood supply of the posterior cerebellar artery in real time during 160 mins of continuous volt in fixed position. The results of NIRS test were analyzed. To investigate the effect of long-term voltammetry on the blood supply of the posterior cerebellar artery. Results: 1. During the continuous volt 160min, the HB O _ 2H _ b increased slowly with the passage of time, and the HB decreased slowly with the passage of time. After repeated measurement of variance, there were significant differences in the changes of HB O 2 at different time points. There was a significant difference between different time points of HbO 2, FJ 8.666U, P 0. 001H b. There was a significant difference in the variation of HbO2 at different time points. There was a decreasing trend in the rate of change of FG 119.059P0.000.2.HbO2 with time. The change rate of HB O 2 was always higher than that of HHb. Conclusion: the flow of blood in the cerebellum of 160min in continuous volt increased slowly with the passage of time, but the increase of HB O 2 decreased with the prolongation of the duration of the volt.
