【摘要】：目的探討基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinases-9,MMP-9)基因多態(tài)性與缺血性腦卒中的相關(guān)性。方法運(yùn)用多重小測(cè)序技術(shù)(multiplex SNa Pshot)分析粵西地區(qū)251例缺血性腦卒中患者和96例健康對(duì)照組MMP-9基因(rs3787268、rs3918241、rs3918242)的多態(tài)性分布,并分析與缺血性腦卒中的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 (1)與對(duì)照組相比,病例組rs3787268基因型頻率有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P=0.042),在隱性模型中A/A基因型的個(gè)體患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)升高(OR=2.21,P=0.046);(2)rs3918242基因型頻率亦有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P=0.007),在顯性模型中,攜帶T基因型的個(gè)體患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)升高(OR=2.14,P=0.009);(3)其中rs3787268在大動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化(large artery atherosclerosis,LAA)亞型組的基因型分布與對(duì)照組相比有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P=0.039),而非LAA亞型中無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;rs3918242在LAA亞型組的基因型和等位基因頻率與對(duì)照組相比分別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P=0.009,P=0.047),在非LAA亞型中無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論 MMP-9基因rs3787268和rs3918242多態(tài)位點(diǎn)突變可能與中國(guó)粵西地區(qū)漢族人群缺血性腦卒中的發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相關(guān);并主要可能增加了LAA型腦卒中的發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase -9 (matrix metalloproteinases-9 MMP-9) gene polymorphism and ischemic stroke. Methods using multiple small sequencing technology (multiplex SNa Pshot) Yuexi area analysis of 251 patients with ischemic stroke and 96 healthy control group MMP-9 gene (rs3787268, rs3918241, rs3918242) polymorphism, and analysis correlation with cerebral ischemic stroke. Results (1) compared with the control group, the case group rs3787268 genotype had significant difference (P=0.042), the A/A genotype in the recessive model in individual risk increased (OR=2.21, P=0.046); (2) the frequency of rs3918242 genotype was also statistically difference (P=0.007), the dominant in the model, with T genotype increased risk (OR=2.14, P=0.009); (3) the rs3787268 (large artery atherosclerosis in large artery atherosclerosis subtype, LAA) gene group 鍒嗗竷涓庡鐓х粍鐩告瘮鏈夌粺璁″宸紓(P=0.039),鑰岄潪LAA浜氬瀷涓棤緇熻瀛﹀樊寮，
