血清resistin、ox-LDL、hs-CRP在缺血性腦血管病發(fā)病機制中的作用及臨床意義

【摘要】:目的探討血清抵抗素(resistin)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)及超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)在腦血管病發(fā)病機制中的作用及臨床意義。方法缺血性腦血管患者91例為觀察組,28例可逆性缺血性腦損傷患者(RIBD組)、36例短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作患者(TIA組)、27例局限性腦梗塞患者(FCI組),選同期健康志愿者71例為對照組。對比各組血清resistin、ox-LDL、hsCRP水平,并分析其與腦血管病嚴重程度相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 FCI、RIBD、TIA組血清resistin、ox-LDL、hs-CRP水平明顯高于對照組(P0.05);RIBD、FCI組resistin、ox-LDL、hs-CRP水平明顯高于TIA組(P0.05);Spearman相關(guān)分析顯示血清resistin、ox-LDL、hs-CRP水平與腦血管嚴重程度呈正相關(guān)性(r_1=0.902,P_1=0.010;r_2=0.765,P_2=0.010;r_3=0.829,P_3=0.000)。結(jié)論血清resistin、ox-LDL、hs-CRP水平與腦血管病嚴重程度相關(guān),并參與腦血管病的發(fā)生與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role and clinical significance of serum resistin, oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein hs-CRP in the pathogenesis of cerebrovascular diseases. In the RIBD group, there were 36 patients with transient ischemic attack in TIA group and 27 patients with focal cerebral infarction in FCI group. 71 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The serum levels of resistinin-ox-LDLhsCRP were compared in each group. Results the level of serum resistininox-LDLhs-CRP in TIA group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05). The level of hs-CRP in FCI group was significantly higher than that in TIA group (P0.05) and Spearman correlation analysis showed that the level of serum resistinin-LDLhs-CRP was positively correlated with the severity of cerebrovascular disease. The level of serum resistinox-LDLhs-CRP was correlated with the severity of cerebrovascular disease. And participate in the occurrence and development of cerebrovascular disease.
