小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞特性及其功能的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞廣泛分布于中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng),是神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮免疫功能的主要細(xì)胞,生理情況下起監(jiān)視作用,穩(wěn)定內(nèi)環(huán)境,小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞對(duì)外界刺激非常敏感,一旦中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)生輕微病理變化即可激活小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞,活化后的小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞一方面發(fā)揮吞噬作用,吞噬細(xì)胞碎片,分泌生長因子促進(jìn)神經(jīng)修復(fù),另一方面也能分泌一些炎癥因子、谷氨酸、一氧化氮等,加重炎癥反應(yīng),引起繼發(fā)損傷。文中將對(duì)小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞的特性及其在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病中的作用進(jìn)行綜述,為中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的治療提供新靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Microglia, which are widely distributed in the central nervous system, are the main cells in the nervous system that play an immune function. Under physiological conditions, microglia play a monitoring role and stabilize the internal environment. Microglia are very sensitive to external stimuli. Once slight pathological changes occur in the central nervous system, microglia can be activated. On the one hand, activated microglia play a role in phagocytosis, phagocytic fragments, and secretion of growth factor to promote nerve repair. On the other hand, it can also secrete some inflammatory factors, such as glutamate, nitric oxide and so on, which aggravate the inflammatory reaction and cause secondary injury. This paper reviews the characteristics of microglia and its role in central nervous system diseases. To provide a new target for the treatment of central nervous system diseases.
