【摘要】:目的探討腦卒中患者幽門螺桿菌(Hp)感染的危險因素以及相應(yīng)對策,以降低腦卒中患者Hp的感染率。方法選擇2012年1月-2015年10月在醫(yī)院接受治療的300例腦卒中患者,對所有患者進行血清Hp抗體檢測及14 C-UBT呼氣試驗,并應(yīng)用自擬問卷調(diào)查的方式對相關(guān)因素進行分析。結(jié)果 300例腦卒中患者Hp感染179例,感染率為59.67%;經(jīng)logistic回歸分析,年齡≥65歲、飯后不經(jīng)常刷牙漱口、無抗Hp治療、有胃鏡檢查史、有慢性胃炎史、有胃潰瘍史為腦卒中患者Hp感染的獨立危險因素。結(jié)論積極有效的預(yù)防措施可降低Hp的感染率,避免腦卒中患者病情的進一步惡化。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the risk factors and corresponding countermeasures of HP infection in stroke patients, and to reduce HP infection rate in stroke patients. Methods 300 stroke patients who were treated in hospital from January 2012 to October 2015 were selected. All patients were tested for HP antibody and 14C-UBT breath test, and the related factors were analyzed by self-designed questionnaire.
