【摘要】：目的:研究帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)患者體質(zhì)量變化及相關(guān)影響因素。方法:自2015年1月至2015年10月,選取江蘇省人民醫(yī)院PD專病門診共122名PD患者應(yīng)用體質(zhì)量測(cè)量?jī)x、統(tǒng)一帕金森病評(píng)分量表(unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale,UPDRS)、Hoehn-Yahr分級(jí)(H-Y分級(jí))、PD生活質(zhì)量問卷調(diào)查(Parkinson’s disease questionnaire,PDQ-39)以及PD非運(yùn)動(dòng)癥狀評(píng)估量表(non-motor symptoms score,NMSS),評(píng)估PD患者體質(zhì)量變化及相關(guān)影響因素,以同時(shí)期門診健康體檢人員共100例作為對(duì)照,對(duì)研究數(shù)據(jù)采取獨(dú)立樣本的t檢驗(yàn)及多元線性回歸分析。結(jié)果:PD患者人體質(zhì)指數(shù)(body mass index,BMI)較正常人群有明顯的下降(t=3.999,P=0.000),且以脂肪量丟失為主;女性PD患者出現(xiàn)體質(zhì)量丟失的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)更高;H-Y分級(jí)≥2.5的PD患者體質(zhì)量下降更加明顯。結(jié)論:PD病人的BMI較健康對(duì)照人群有明顯的下降,女性PD患者有更高的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)出現(xiàn)體質(zhì)量丟失;PD患者中H-Y分級(jí)≥2.5的人群更易出現(xiàn)體質(zhì)量丟失。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the changes of body mass and related factors in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods: from January 2015 to October 2015, 122 PD patients were selected from people's Hospital of Jiangsu Province. The unified Parkinson's disease rating scale was used to evaluate the changes of body mass and related factors in PD patients. The PD quality of life questionnaire was used to investigate the quality of life of PD patients. The PD non-motor symptoms score scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of PD patients, and to evaluate the related factors, and to evaluate the quality of life of patients with PD by using the scale of Parkinsonson-Yahr scale (HYahr scale) and the non-motor symptoms score scale (non-motor symptoms score scale). A total of 100 outpatient health examiners in the same period were used as control. T test and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data of the study.
