【摘要】：正前部缺血性視神經(jīng)病(anterior ischemic optic neuropathy,AION)是一種影響中老年人群最常見的急性視神經(jīng)病[1],可由巨細(xì)胞性動(dòng)脈炎、動(dòng)脈硬化、糖尿病、夜間低血壓、偏頭痛等危險(xiǎn)因素導(dǎo)致[2],其中偏頭痛相關(guān)性AION少見�，F(xiàn)報(bào)道1例偏頭痛相關(guān)性AION。
[Abstract]:Anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (AION) is one of the most common acute optic neuropathy in middle-aged and elderly people, which can be caused by giant cell arteritis, arteriosclerosis, diabetes, nocturnal hypotension. Migraine and other risk factors cause [2], in which migraine-related AION is rare. A case of migraine associated with AION is reported.
