【摘要】：正失語癥(aphasia)是腦卒中最常見的并發(fā)癥和后遺癥之一,據(jù)文獻報道,腦卒中幸存者中大約有1/3的患者一開始就伴有失語癥,而15%的患者長期伴有失語癥~[1]。Broca失語是腦卒中失語最常見的一種類型,主要表現(xiàn)為自發(fā)性言語障礙,但理解能力相對正常。抑郁是腦卒中Broca失語患者最常見心理特征之一,研究表明,腦卒中患者言語功能障礙后迅速出現(xiàn)的社會交往困難及孤立感使患者更容易發(fā)生抑郁心理,腦卒中失語患者抑郁情緒的出現(xiàn)頻率高于不伴有失語
[Abstract]:Aphasia is one of the most common complications and sequelae of stroke. It is reported that about 1/3 of the survivors of stroke have aphasia at the beginning. In 15% patients with aphasia, the aphasia is the most common type of aphasia, mainly manifested as spontaneous speech disorder, but the ability of understanding is relatively normal. Depression is one of the most common psychological characteristics in patients with Broca aphasia. The study shows that the social communication difficulties and isolation after speech dysfunction in stroke patients are more likely to lead to depression. The frequency of depression in patients with aphasia is higher than that in patients without aphasia.
