【摘要】：后部皮層萎縮(posterior cortical atrophy,PCA)是一種神經(jīng)退行性癡呆,臨床表現(xiàn)以視知覺(jué)、視空間、讀寫能力和實(shí)踐技能進(jìn)行性下降為特點(diǎn)。神經(jīng)影像學(xué)檢查可見(jiàn)突出的PCA和代謝降低,最常見(jiàn)的病理表現(xiàn)是后部皮層的淀粉樣斑塊沉積和神經(jīng)原纖維纏結(jié),因此普遍認(rèn)為PCA是阿爾茨海默病的一種變異型。
[Abstract]:Posterior cortical atrophy cortical atrophy is a kind of neurodegenerative dementia characterized by progressive decline in visual perception, visual space, reading and writing ability and practical skills. The most common pathological features are amyloid plaque deposition and neurofibrillary tangles in the posterior cortex, so it is generally considered that PCA is a variant of Alzheimer's disease.
