【摘要】：目的探討血糖變異性與危重癥腦血管病患者預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法分析神經(jīng)內(nèi)科重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室(N-ICU)126例患者的臨床資料,包括性別、年齡、住院天數(shù)、機(jī)械通氣時(shí)間、急性生理與慢性健康評(píng)估Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)評(píng)分。按預(yù)后分為存活組(n=98)和死亡組(n=28)兩組。記錄所有患者的血糖值、初始血糖值、血糖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、變異系數(shù),并用血糖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差及變異系數(shù)來(lái)衡量血糖變異性。探討血糖變異性與死亡的關(guān)系。結(jié)果死亡組與存活組比較N-ICU住院天數(shù)、機(jī)械通氣時(shí)間、APACHEⅡ評(píng)分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。死亡組血糖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、變異系數(shù)均高于存活組(P0.01)。結(jié)論與血糖變異性危重癥腦血管病患者預(yù)后轉(zhuǎn)差。
