【摘要】:目的:通過對腦膠質(zhì)瘤患者進(jìn)行動態(tài)對比增強(qiáng)磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)獲得容積轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)參數(shù)(Ktrans)與血管外細(xì)胞外間隙容積比(Ve),探討DCE-MRI定量評估膠質(zhì)瘤不成熟微血管密度的價值。方法:研究對象包括66例腦膠質(zhì)瘤患者,其中Ⅱ級27例,Ⅲ級8例,Ⅳ級31例。每名腦膠質(zhì)瘤患者術(shù)前經(jīng)過DCE-MRI檢查獲得膠質(zhì)瘤的Ktrans與Ve的最大值,術(shù)后膠質(zhì)瘤標(biāo)本進(jìn)行免疫組織化學(xué)測量CD105陽性標(biāo)記的微血管密度(CD105-MVD)的最大值。應(yīng)用Mann-Whitney U檢驗(yàn)比較不同級別膠質(zhì)瘤Ktrans值、Ve值、CD105-MVD的差異,應(yīng)用Pearman相關(guān)系數(shù)分析膠質(zhì)瘤Ktrans值、Ve值與CD105-MVD的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:低級別膠質(zhì)瘤的Ktrans值、Ve值、CD105-MVD均小于高級別膠質(zhì)瘤(P0.001,P0.001,P0.001)。高級別膠質(zhì)瘤的Ktrans值、Ve值均與CD105-MVD正相關(guān)(P0.001,P0.001)。結(jié)論:DCE-MRI可以定量評估腦膠質(zhì)瘤不成熟微血管密度。
