【摘要】：目的:觀察BrainHQ視覺訓(xùn)練對腦卒中患者執(zhí)行功能障礙的康復(fù)效果。方法:收集唐山市工人醫(yī)院康復(fù)醫(yī)院腦卒中執(zhí)行功能障礙患者72例,采用分層隨機(jī)的方法分為對照組(n=36)和干預(yù)組(n=36),對照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)康復(fù),干預(yù)組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用BrainHQ視覺訓(xùn)練,每次30min,5次/周,共4周。干預(yù)前及干預(yù)4周后,分別采用執(zhí)行缺陷綜合征行為學(xué)評價測驗(BADS)對上述兩組患者進(jìn)行執(zhí)行功能評測。結(jié)果:兩組干預(yù)前BADS評分無顯著性差異(P0.05),干預(yù)4周后,干預(yù)組較對照組的BADS子測驗及總標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分均有所提高,差異有顯著性意義(P0.01或P0.05)。結(jié)論:BrainHQ視覺訓(xùn)練可改善腦卒中患者的執(zhí)行功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of BrainHQ visual training on executive dysfunction of stroke patients. Methods: 72 patients with executive dysfunction of stroke in rehabilitation hospital of workers' hospital in Tangshan City were collected. The control group was randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 36) and intervention group (n = 36). The control group received routine rehabilitation. The intervention group was given BrainHQ visual training on the basis of the control group for 30 minutes and 5 times a week for a total of 4 weeks, before and after 4 weeks of intervention. The executive function of the two groups was evaluated by Behavioral Evaluation Test (Bads). Results: there was no significant difference in BADS scores between the two groups before intervention (P 0.05), and after 4 weeks of intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Compared with the control group, the BADS subtest and the total standard score in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.01 or P 0.05).
