【摘要】：目的:探討長期脈沖電刺激肝臟局部對心電活動(dòng)的影響；長期脈沖電刺激肝臟對肝功能及肝組織學(xué)的影響。 方法:重慶黃犬1條，人工永久起搏器電極連接于肝臟右葉表面，關(guān)閉起搏器感知功能，，起搏頻率100次/分，起搏電壓5伏，作為長期脈沖電刺激器用。觀察心電圖3月。 結(jié)果: 1）脈沖電刺激肝臟心電圖(ECG)未見明顯改變。 2）脈沖電刺激肝臟未導(dǎo)致犬生活行為改變，肝功能正常。 3）電極連接處肝臟組織結(jié)締組織輕度增生。 結(jié)論: 1）電壓5伏、頻率100次/分、持續(xù)3月的脈沖電刺激犬肝臟對心電活動(dòng)基本無影響。 2）電壓5伏、頻率100次/分、持續(xù)3月的脈沖電刺激犬肝臟，電極連接處肝組織輕度結(jié)締組織增生，其余肝組織無改變，肝功能檢測正常。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of long-term pulse electric stimulation on the liver function and the effect of long-term pulse electric stimulation on liver function and liver histology.
Methods: Chongqing yellow dog 1, artificial pacemaker electrode is connected to the right lobe of the liver surface, close the pacemaker sensing function, pacing pacing frequency 100 / min, 5 volts, as long as the electrical stimulator. The electrocardiogram was March.
Result:
1) there was no significant change in the electrocardiogram (ECG) of the liver with pulse electric stimulation.
2) pulse electric stimulation of the liver did not cause changes in the living and behavior of the dog, and the liver function was normal.
3) mild hyperplasia of connective tissue in the liver tissue at the electrode junction.
Conclusion:
1) 5 volts, frequency of 100 beats per minute, basically last March pulsed electrical stimulation of canine liver had no effect on the electrical activity of the heart.
2) 5 volts, frequency 100 times / min, pulsed electrical stimulation of canine liver last March, slight proliferation of connective tissue at the electrode is connected with the rest of liver tissue, liver tissue changes, liver function was normal.
