雙源CT腦灌注在腦梗塞中的應用

【摘要】:目的:探討雙源CT腦灌注在腦梗塞中的應用。材料與方法:選取2015年5月~2016年5月我院接待的38例疑似腦;颊邽檠芯繉ο,采用回顧分析法,均給予雙源CT腦灌注,觀察其應用效果。結果:本組38例患者經(jīng)CT平掃,僅13例為腦缺血病變,通過雙源CT腦灌注發(fā)現(xiàn),腦組織缺血部位和其臨床癥狀一致,均有異常低灌區(qū);病灶中心的血流量、血容量均低于正常值,達峰時間、血流通過時間均高于正常值,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);所有患者均見不同程度大腦動脈狹窄。結論:雙源CT腦灌注應用于腦梗,具有一定的特異性與敏感性,了解了病變范圍、部位等,為臨床治療及預后評估提供了可靠依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the application of dual-source CT cerebral perfusion in cerebral infarction. Materials and methods: 38 patients with suspected cerebral infarction received in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as study objects. Results: among the 38 cases, only 13 cases were cerebral ischemic lesions. The cerebral ischemia site and clinical symptoms were consistent with the clinical symptoms, and the blood flow in the center of the lesion was found to be abnormal, and the blood flow in the center of the lesion was found to be the same as that in the center of the lesion, and the blood flow in the center of the lesion was found to be the same with the clinical symptoms. The blood volume was lower than the normal value, the peak time and blood flow transit time were higher than the normal value, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and all the patients had different degrees of cerebral artery stenosis. Conclusion: dual source CT perfusion can be used in cerebral infarction. It has a certain specificity and sensitivity. It can provide reliable basis for clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.
