【摘要】：目的探討血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平與心腦血管病變的相關(guān)性。方法采用循環(huán)酶法檢測(cè)該院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科腦梗死患者102例,內(nèi)分泌科糖尿病患者96例和100例健康體檢者的血清Hcy水平,并進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果腦梗死患者分為單純合并高血壓組與合并高血壓高血糖組,2組患者Hcy水平均顯著高于健康對(duì)照組的(8.600±2.759)μmol/L,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);但2組之間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。糖尿病患者分為單純糖尿病患者組和糖尿病合并心腦血管患者組,后者Hcy水平[(17.220±4.165)μmol/L]顯著高于前者[(8.940±2.845)μmol/L],差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 Hcy是心腦血管疾病發(fā)生的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素,及早篩查高危人群并采取有效的預(yù)防措施,可降低其發(fā)病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine cysteine (HCH) level and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Serum Hcy levels in 102 patients with cerebral infarction in neurology department, 96 patients with diabetes mellitus in endocrine department and 100 healthy controls were detected by circulating enzyme method. Results the levels of Hcy in patients with cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (8.600 鹵2.759) 渭 mol / L, but there was no significant difference between the two groups, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Diabetic patients were divided into simple diabetes group and diabetes complicated with cardio-cerebrovascular disease group. The Hcy level of the latter [17.220 鹵4.165 渭 mol/L] was significantly higher than that of the former [8.940 鹵2.845 渭 mol/L], and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Hcy is an independent risk factor for the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
