【摘要】：目的了解心腦血管疾病(cardiocerebral vascular diseases,CVD)對山東省居民期望壽命的影響,為針對高危人群采取有效的預防措施,政府合理分配衛(wèi)生資源提供參考。方法本文基于2012年山東省CVD死亡監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),在計算CVD的粗死亡率、標化死亡率基礎(chǔ)上,編制全死因及去死因生命表,計算全死因的期望壽命及去CVD后的期望壽命。結(jié)果 2012年山東省CVD死亡人數(shù)占全部死亡人口的46.30%;CVD粗死亡率為320.16/10萬(標化死亡率為252.85/10萬)。男女性別CVD死亡率分別為332.99/10萬和307.02/10萬;城鄉(xiāng)CVD死亡率分別是267.28/10萬和341.84/10萬;CVD死亡率隨年齡增長而升高,60歲以后增長迅速;城鄉(xiāng)居民期望壽命分別為79.20歲和78.14歲,城鄉(xiāng)去CVD死因后比全死因的期望壽命分別提高了8.51和10.02歲,男女期望壽命分別為75.94歲和81.16歲,男女性別去CVD死因后比全死因的期望壽命分別提高了8.02和11.10歲。結(jié)論城鄉(xiāng)、男女性別去CVD死因期望壽命比全死因的期望壽命均有大幅度提高,降低心血管疾病所導致的死亡對提高人口健康期望壽命具有重要的公共衛(wèi)生學意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of cardiocerebral vascular disease (CVD) on life expectancy in Shandong Province, and to take effective preventive measures against high risk population. Methods based on the data of CVD death surveillance in Shandong Province in 2012, based on the calculation of the crude mortality rate and standardized mortality rate of CVD, the total cause of death and the life table of de-cause of death were compiled. Results in 2012, the death rate of CVD in Shandong province accounted for 46.30% of the total death population. The crude mortality rate of CVD was 320.16 / 100 000 (standardized death rate was 252.85 / 100 000). The mortality rate of male and female CVD was 332.99 / 100 000 and 307.2 / 100 000 respectively. The mortality rate of CVD in urban and rural areas is 267.28 / 100,000,000 and 341.84 / 100000 respectively. The mortality rate increases rapidly after 60 years of age, and the life expectancy of urban and rural residents is 79.20 years and 78.14 years, respectively. The life expectancy of male and female who died of CVD increased by 8.51 years and 10.02 years, respectively. The life expectancy of male and female were 75.94 years and 81.16 years, respectively. The life expectancy of male and female after CVD death was 8.02 years and 11.10 years higher than that of the whole cause of death, respectively. Conclusion in urban and rural areas, the average life expectancy is 8.02 years and 11.10 years higher than that of all causes of death. The life expectancy of male and female who died of CVD was significantly higher than that of the whole cause of death. It is of great public health significance to reduce the death caused by cardiovascular disease to improve the health life expectancy of the population.
