【摘要】：正病例資料患者,女,39歲,急性髓系白血病骨髓移植后5月余,咳嗽頭痛1周,神志不清2天。患者5個(gè)月前骨髓移植,移植后持續(xù)血CMV-DNA(+),服用更昔洛韋、賽美維、磷鉀酸鈉后降至正常�；颊�1周前咳嗽、頭痛,查血CMV-DNA(+),低熱伴有乏力,視力下降,抗感染治療后咳嗽好轉(zhuǎn);2天前因神志不清、抽搐入住我院。查體:嗜睡,呼之有反應(yīng),對答部分切題,定向力不完整,輕度水平眼震,左下肢肌力5級,
