【摘要】：目的:探討平均血小板體積(MPV)與卵圓孔未閉(PFO)合并偏頭痛患者視覺先兆的關(guān)系。方法:收集南華大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科2013年1月至2015年6月因先兆性偏頭痛行經(jīng)顱多普勒超聲發(fā)泡試驗(yàn)檢查結(jié)果為陽性患者120例作為研究對象,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為手術(shù)組、氯吡格雷+手術(shù)組、氯吡格雷組、常規(guī)藥物治療組各30例。檢測各組患者治療前、后MPV,評估各組患者治療后視覺先兆轉(zhuǎn)歸情況。結(jié)果:手術(shù)組、氯吡格雷+手術(shù)組、氯吡格雷組患者治療前MPV分別為(10.98±1.41)fL、(10.94±1.40)fL、(10.88±1.41)fL,與常規(guī)藥物治療組患者治療前MPV(10.91±1.46)fL比較差異無顯著性(F=0.029,P=0.993)。手術(shù)組、氯吡格雷+手術(shù)組、氯吡格雷組患者治療后MPV分別為(9.66±1.22)fL、(8.81±1.05)fL、(9.97±1.18)fL,與常規(guī)藥物治療組患者治療后MPV(10.86±1.39)fL比較差異有顯著性(P0.05)。與常規(guī)藥物治療組治療比較,手術(shù)組、氯吡格雷+手術(shù)組、氯吡格雷組患者治療后視覺先兆明顯好轉(zhuǎn)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:PFO合并偏頭痛患者視覺先兆可能與MPV有關(guān),下調(diào)PFO合并偏頭痛患者M(jìn)PV水平可改善患者的視覺先兆。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between MPV (mean platelet volume) and PFOO in patients with patent foramen ovale. Relationship of visual aura in patients with migraine. Methods:. From January 2013 to June 2015, 120 patients with positive results of transcranial Doppler ultrasound foaming test due to aura migraine were collected from the Department of Neurology, first Hospital of South China University. The patients were randomly divided into three groups: operation group, clopidogrel group, clopidogrel group and routine drug treatment group. The MPV of each group was detected before and after treatment. Results: the MPV of operation group, clopidogrel group and clopidogrel group before treatment were 10.98 鹵1.41fL. 10. 94 鹵1. 40g / L + 10. 88 鹵1. 41 fL. There was no significant difference in MPV(10.91 鹵1.46 FL between the two groups before treatment. The operative group and clopidogrel group were treated with clopidogrel. The MPV of clopidogrel group after treatment was 9.66 鹵1.22fL, 8.81 鹵1.05fL, 9.97 鹵1.18fL, respectively. There was a significant difference in MPV(10.86 鹵1.39 FL between the two groups after treatment, compared with the conventional drug treatment group, the operation group. In clopidogrel group, visual aura improved significantly after treatment in clopidogrel group. Conclusion the visual aura may be related to MPV in patients with migraine. Lowering the level of MPV in PFO patients with migraine may improve the visual aura.
