【摘要】：正腦動(dòng)脈夾層是腦卒中尤其是青年卒中的重要病因,其中頸部血管夾層約占青年卒中病因的15.4%~([1-3])。頸內(nèi)動(dòng)脈夾層和椎動(dòng)脈夾層最常見(jiàn),夾層又分為自發(fā)性和外傷性兩大類(lèi)~([4])。自發(fā)性動(dòng)脈夾層是指動(dòng)脈壁層內(nèi)的退行性病變引起內(nèi)膜撕裂,在血壓的作用下導(dǎo)致血液成分通過(guò)破損的血管內(nèi)膜進(jìn)入血管壁,使血管壁分層,造成血管狹窄、閉塞或形成假性動(dòng)脈瘤~([5])。其中,椎動(dòng)脈夾層可導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的后循環(huán)梗死,甚至
