【摘要】：正患者,女,36歲,因產(chǎn)后頭痛伴惡心嘔吐6 d,于2016年6月16日入院。患者6 d前剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)后醒來即感頭痛,以后枕至前額部為主的鈍痛,坐起及活動(dòng)時(shí)明顯,平躺后可緩解,伴惡心、嘔吐,非噴射性嘔吐胃內(nèi)容物,無視物模糊、發(fā)熱、抽搐等。2 d前當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院行顱腦CT示左額顳部慢性硬膜下血腫,磁共振示顱內(nèi)靜脈竇血栓?(圖1),給予相應(yīng)治療(具體不詳)后無明顯改善,轉(zhuǎn)入我院急診科行顱腦CT示左側(cè)硬膜下積液,左側(cè)直竇區(qū)及大腦鐮前部增寬、密度增
[Abstract]:A 36-year-old woman with postpartum headache and nausea and vomiting was admitted to hospital on June 16th 2016. The patient woke up 6 days before cesarean section and suffered from blunt pain mainly from the occipital to the forehead. Sitting up and moving obviously, can be relieved after lying flat, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, non-jet vomiting stomach contents, ignoring the matter fuzzy, fever. The left frontotemporal chronic subdural hematoma and intracranial venous sinus thrombosis were shown by CT and MRI in the local hospital before 2 days before convulsion. (fig. 1) there was no obvious improvement after the corresponding treatment (not specific). The brain CT scan showed the left subdural effusion, the left straight sinus area and the anterior part of the cerebral falx widened, and the density increased.
