【摘要】：正隨著全球步入老齡化社會,腦梗死患病率不斷增加,心腦血管疾病已成為導致人類死亡的主要病因~([1])。阿司匹林作為抗血小板聚集藥物,可以降低缺血性卒中的風險,是卒中一級預防及二級預防的基石~([2])。隨著阿司匹林臨床應用的擴展,研究發(fā)現,阿司匹林在人群中存在個體差異,5.5%~61%的卒中患者對阿司匹林的抗血小板聚集治療不敏感,即為阿司匹林抵抗~([3])。目前阿司匹林抵抗發(fā)生的機制尚不清楚,潛在因素包括患者的順應性、臨床特征、
