【摘要】：正直立性震顫(orthostatic tremor,OT)是一種少見疾病,病因未明,臨床表現(xiàn)以僅在站立位時出現(xiàn)腿部和軀干肌高頻震顫為主,平躺或坐位時消失,步行可緩解的運動失調(diào)綜合征。本文以近期診治1例OT并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻進行總結(jié)探討,現(xiàn)報告如下。1病例報告1.1病史患者,女,69歲,因肢體不自主抖動4個月于2016年2月25日入院�；颊�2015年11月無明顯誘因漸出現(xiàn)左下肢不自主抖動,站立時明顯,行走可緩解,坐位或平躺
[Abstract]:Orthostatic tremoron (OT) is a rare disease with unknown etiology. The main clinical manifestations are high frequency tremors in legs and trunk muscles only in standing position. Motor disorder syndrome which disappeared when lying on flat or sitting and which could be alleviated by walking. This article summarized and discussed 1 case of OT and reviewed the related literature. The following 1 cases are reported as follows: 1 case: 1 case: history of disease, female. The 69-year-old, who was admitted to hospital on February 25th 2016 for 4 months because of involuntary limb jitter, had no obvious inducement to appear involuntary jitter of the left lower extremity on November 2015, which was obvious when standing, and could be alleviated by walking. To sit or lie flat.
