【摘要】：目的分析我國腦卒中疾病負(fù)擔(dān)與危險因素的現(xiàn)狀及趨勢。方法采用2013年全球疾病負(fù)擔(dān)研究(GBD 2013)數(shù)據(jù),利用傷殘調(diào)整壽命年(disability adjusted life years,DALY)反映我國不同年份、年齡、性別腦卒中疾病負(fù)擔(dān)及危險因素,利用地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS)制作統(tǒng)計地圖反映不同省份的分布情況。結(jié)果隨著時間推移,我國腦卒中DALY率仍有上升,主要集中于老年人群,男性DALY率遠(yuǎn)高于女性,西藏、貴州等地高于浙江、上海等東南沿海地區(qū);高血壓、水果攝入不足、高鹽飲食,吸煙以及室外PM_(2.5)是前五位腦卒中危險因素。結(jié)論我國腦卒中疾病負(fù)擔(dān)及危險因素在年齡、性別、地域等方面存在明顯差異,急需采取針對性的預(yù)防與控制措施,減小腦卒中對個人、家庭和社會造成的負(fù)擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the present situation and trend of the burden and risk factors of stroke in China. Methods the data of Global burden of Disease study (GBD2013) in 2013 were used. Disability adjusted life years are used to reflect different years and ages in China. The disease burden and risk factors of gender stroke were analyzed by using GIS) to make statistical maps to reflect the distribution of different provinces. The results showed that the DALY rate of stroke in China still increased with the passage of time. The DALY rate of male was much higher than that of female, and that of Tibet and Guizhou was higher than that of Zhejiang and Shanghai. Hypertension, insufficient fruit intake, high salt diet, smoking and outdoor PMcigarettes 2.5) are the top five risk factors for stroke. Conclusion the disease burden and risk factors of stroke in China are age and sex. In order to reduce the burden of stroke on individuals, families and society, it is urgent to take preventive and control measures to reduce the burden of stroke on individuals, families and society.
