【摘要】：小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞是中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中重要的神經(jīng)免疫細(xì)胞,當(dāng)中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)受到刺激后,小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞通過(guò)炎癥反應(yīng)來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)這種刺激,這種炎癥反應(yīng)在神經(jīng)性疾病中具有重要作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞自噬在炎癥的發(fā)生與發(fā)展中也發(fā)揮了重要作用,它能直接或間接地影響炎癥反應(yīng),同時(shí)自身也被其他信號(hào)調(diào)控。自噬過(guò)程有利有弊,適當(dāng)?shù)淖允蛇^(guò)程能促進(jìn)疾病的恢復(fù),自噬紊亂則使病情惡化,所以明確自噬的調(diào)控機(jī)制對(duì)治療和預(yù)防相關(guān)疾病具有重要意義。本文綜述了近年來(lái)自噬在小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞相關(guān)炎癥中研究進(jìn)展,以及其可能的調(diào)控機(jī)制,以期為相關(guān)研究人員提供一定幫助。
[Abstract]:Microglia are important neural immune cells in central nervous system, when the central nervous system stimulation of microglia through inflammation to respond to this stimulus, the inflammatory reaction plays an important role in neurological diseases. The study found that autophagy of microglia in the occurrence and development of inflammation also played an important role in and it can directly or indirectly influence the inflammatory reaction, but also by other signal control. The process of autophagy autophagy appropriate There are both advantages and disadvantages., can promote the recovery of the disease, autophagy disorders make the condition worse, so the regulation mechanism of autophagy clearly has important significance for the prevention and treatment of related diseases. This paper reviews the research progress from the bite in microglia inflammation, and its possible mechanism, in order to provide some help for the related researchers.
