經(jīng)尿道前列腺剜除術(shù)后患者的排尿癥狀改變分析

【摘要】：目的研究良性前列腺增生患者經(jīng)尿道前列腺等離子剜除術(shù)后排尿癥狀的變化。方法對(duì)75例年齡(80±8)歲良性前列腺增生手術(shù)患者進(jìn)行隨訪,對(duì)其手術(shù)前、后排尿癥狀進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果術(shù)前前列腺體積(65±25)m L,血清總前列腺特異性抗原(6.2±6)ng/m L;切除前列腺重量(45±16)g。術(shù)前國(guó)際前列腺癥狀評(píng)分(IPSS)(22±8)分,平均梗阻癥狀(3.6±1.3)分,平均刺激癥狀(3.5±1.0)分。術(shù)后IPSS(6±5)分,術(shù)后最大尿流率(8±3)m L/s,下尿路癥狀大幅改善,但梗阻癥狀較刺激癥狀的改善明顯。結(jié)論經(jīng)尿道前列腺切除患者術(shù)后排尿癥狀明顯改善,癥狀的改善程度與術(shù)前IPSS相關(guān)。梗阻癥狀的改善優(yōu)于刺激癥狀的改善。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the changes of urinary symptoms in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after transurethral resection of the prostate. Methods 75 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (80-8) years of age were followed up, and the symptoms of micturition were analyzed before and after the operation. Results The total prostate volume (65-25) m L, the serum total prostate specific antigen (6.2-6) ng/ m L, the weight of the prostate (45-16) g, the pre-operation international prostate symptom score (IPSS) (22-8) and the average obstruction symptom (3.6-1.3), Mean stimulation symptoms (3.5% 1.0). After operation IPSS (6-5), the maximum urinary flow rate (8-3) m L/ s after operation, the lower urinary tract symptoms were significantly improved, but the symptoms of obstruction were significantly improved. Conclusion The postoperative micturition of the patients with transurethral resection of the prostate is improved, and the degree of improvement of the symptoms is related to the pre-operative IPSS. The improvement of the obstruction symptom is superior to the improvement of the stimulation symptom.
