文章摘要：目的探討320排CT尿路成像技術(shù)在泌尿外科疾病診斷中的應(yīng)用。方法收集本院在2009年以來有臨床癥狀并行泌尿系統(tǒng)320排CT掃描的病例80例,掃描包括常規(guī)容積薄層平掃、動脈期、靜脈期、延遲期掃描（CTU）。所有數(shù)據(jù)在后臺隨機的后處理軟件進行MPR、CPR、SSD、VR及MIP等三維重建。結(jié)果所有病例均成功重建出顯影的腎、輸尿管和膀胱的三維圖像,能旋轉(zhuǎn)、切割、放大等清晰顯示泌尿系統(tǒng)整體和局部細微結(jié)構(gòu)、形狀、走形及與周圍組織關(guān)系。結(jié)論采用適當?shù)膾呙璺椒ê椭亟ǚ椒?320排CT泌尿系統(tǒng)成像技術(shù)有顯著的優(yōu)勢,可滿足臨床需要。

Abstr：Objective To investigate the utilize value of urography by 320-row dynamic volume computed tomography for urinary disease.Methods From 2009,80 patients with urinary symptoms received urography by 320-row dynamic volume computed tomography,which including regular volume thin scan,arterial venous and delaying period scan,the raw data was reconstructed by multiplannar reconstruction（MPR）,curved plannar reformat（CPR）,shaded surface display（SSD）,volume reconstruction（VR）,and maximu intensit projection（MIP）.Results The new device provide three-dimensional image for the whole kidney,ureter and urinary bladder,the entire and partial structure,shape and relation between urinary system and surroundings were also displayed by rotation,cut,magnify of the images.Conclusion 320-row dynamic volume computed tomography urography with proper scan and reconstruction technique has a great advantage in the diagnosis of urinary disease.
