【摘要】：正近年來,隨著多種氣道管理工具的研制問世,以及對(duì)氣道管理培訓(xùn)的日益重視,因困難氣道管理失敗導(dǎo)致的嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥和醫(yī)療訴訟案件明顯減少~([1])。然而,仍有很多麻醉醫(yī)師并不善于管理困難氣道~([2])。本文針對(duì)困難氣道管理領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)狀,并就如何開展麻醉學(xué)科規(guī)范化困難氣道管理培訓(xùn)提出幾點(diǎn)建議。困難氣道管理的現(xiàn)狀Cooper在麻醉危機(jī)事件研究中寫道:"麻醉最可怕的危險(xiǎn)之處可能就是它的相對(duì)安全"~([3])。在困難氣道管理領(lǐng)域,
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of a variety of airway management tools and increasing attention to the training of airway management, serious complications and medical litigation cases due to the failure of difficult airway management have been reduced significantly [1]. However, there are still many anesthesiologists who are not good at managing difficult airway ~ (2). This paper aims at the present situation of difficult airway management and puts forward some suggestions on how to develop standardized training of difficult airway management in anaesthesia.
