【摘要】：目的探討分析碧蘭麻在牙體牙髓病治療中的應(yīng)用及效果評價。方法用于本次臨床研究的100例牙體牙髓病患者是由我院自2012年6月至2014年6月這段期間內(nèi)收治的,100例患者均行手術(shù)治療,將其隨機(jī)分成觀察組50例和對照組50例,對觀察組的患者在手術(shù)中采用碧蘭麻進(jìn)行麻醉,對對照組的患者在手術(shù)中采用利多卡因進(jìn)行麻醉,觀察比較兩組患者的麻醉效果和滿意率。結(jié)果觀察組患者的麻醉總有效率為94%,對照組患者的麻醉總有效率為78%,觀察組患者的麻醉總有效率明顯高于對照組患者,兩組患者的臨床數(shù)據(jù)比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組患者的總滿意率為96%,對照組患者的總滿意率為74%,觀察組患者的總滿意率明顯高于對照組患者,兩組患者的臨床數(shù)據(jù)比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在牙體牙髓病的治療中采用碧蘭麻進(jìn)行麻醉安全可靠、效果顯著,可大大提高患者滿意率,值得廣大相關(guān)醫(yī)護(hù)人員在臨床上大力推廣及應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application and evaluation of blue in the treatment of dental pulp disease. Methods 100 cases of pulpitis were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014. All the 100 cases were treated by surgery. They were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50), and the patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The patients in the observation group were anesthetized with blue anesthesia during the operation, and the patients in the control group were anesthetized with lidocaine in the operation. The anesthetic effects and satisfaction rates between the two groups were observed and compared. Results the total effective rate of anesthesia was 94% in the observation group and 78% in the control group. The total effective rate of anesthesia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference in clinical data between the two groups (P0.05). The total satisfaction rate was 96% in the observation group and 74% in the control group. The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was a significant difference in the clinical data between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion Blue blue anesthesia is safe and reliable in the treatment of dental pulpitis, and can greatly improve the satisfaction rate of patients. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
