【摘要】：目的:關(guān)于不同劑量右美托咪定對七氟醚吸入麻醉誘導(dǎo)的影響。方法:本次研究選取我院2012年2月~2015年2月期間收治的120例患兒作為研究對象。對照組患兒采用0.5μg/kg右美托咪定配合七氟醚對患兒進(jìn)行麻醉;觀察組患兒采用0.7μg/kg右美托咪定配合七氟醚對患兒進(jìn)行麻醉。觀察指標(biāo)為患兒手術(shù)時(shí)間、氣管導(dǎo)管拔出時(shí)間、蘇醒時(shí)間、蘇醒后躁動情況等。結(jié)果:對照組手術(shù)時(shí)間44.12±5.64min、氣管導(dǎo)管拔出時(shí)間12.65±3.18min、蘇醒時(shí)間10.26±4.56min、蘇醒后鎮(zhèn)靜評分2分;觀察組手術(shù)時(shí)間4.24±5.48min、氣管導(dǎo)管拔出時(shí)間14.58±3.74min、蘇醒時(shí)間12.42±3.46min、蘇醒后鎮(zhèn)靜評分4分;觀察組患兒氣管拔管時(shí)間、蘇醒時(shí)間、鎮(zhèn)靜評分均優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:采用0.7μg/kg右美托咪定配合七氟醚對患兒進(jìn)行麻醉的效果優(yōu)于0.5μg/kg。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of dexmetidine on sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia induction. Methods: 120 children in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015 were selected. Children in the control group were anesthetized with sevoflurane (0.5 渭 g/kg), and those in the observation group were anesthetized with 0.7 渭 g/kg dexmetomidine combined with sevoflurane. The observation indexes were operation time, tracheal catheter pullout time and restlessness after recovery. Results: in the control group, the operation time was 44.12 鹵5.64 min, the trachea catheter extraction time was 12.65 鹵3.18 min, the recovery time was 10.26 鹵4.56 min, and the sedation score was 2 points. The operation time was 4.24 鹵5.48 min, the tracheal catheter extraction time was 14.58 鹵3.74 min, the recovery time was 12.42 鹵3.46 min, and the sedation score was 4 points after recovery, and the tracheal extubation time, recovery time and sedation score in the observation group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion: the anesthetic effect of 0.7 渭 g/kg dexmetidine combined with sevoflurane is better than 0.5 渭 g / kg.
