【摘要】：目的探討氣管插管麻醉與喉罩麻醉在嬰兒麻醉中的應(yīng)用效果。方法在醫(yī)院2014年8月-2015年10月期間診治的行手術(shù)治療的嬰幼兒中抽取88例作研究對象,遵循隨機數(shù)字表法將其分為觀察組和對照組各44例,觀察組應(yīng)用喉罩麻醉方式,對照組采取氣管插管麻醉方式,比較兩組麻醉效果以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果觀察組嬰幼兒插管后的呼末二氧化碳分壓、氣道峰壓分別是(39.2±0.7)mm Hg、(21.5±1.8)cm H2O,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率是6.82%;對照組嬰幼兒插管后的呼末二氧化碳分壓、氣道峰壓分別是(36.3±2.1)mm Hg、(28.9±1.2)cm H2O,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率是20.45%。兩組嬰幼兒插管后呼末二氧化碳分壓、氣道峰壓以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率的組間比較有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論與氣管插管麻醉相比,喉罩麻醉在嬰兒麻醉中的應(yīng)用效果更佳,且患兒不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率較低,值得推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the effect of tracheal intubation and laryngeal mask anesthesia in infant anesthesia. Methods 88 of the infants who had been treated by the operation of the hospital from August 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the study object. According to the random digital form method, 44 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group applied the laryngeal mask anesthesia method, and the control group adopted the tracheal intubation anesthesia method. The effects of two groups of anesthesia and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The pressure of carbon dioxide at the end of the group and the peak pressure of the airway were respectively (39. 2, 0.7) mm Hg, (21. 5 to 1.8) cm H2O, and the incidence of the adverse reaction was 6.82%. The carbon dioxide partial pressure and the peak pressure of the airway in the control group were (36.3, 2.1) mm Hg, respectively. (28.9% 1. 2) cm H2O, the incidence of adverse reaction was 20.45%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion The application of laryngeal mask anesthesia in the baby's anesthesia is better than that of the tracheal intubation, and the incidence of adverse reaction of the children is low, and it is worth to be popularized and used.
