【摘要】：目的分析護(hù)理干預(yù)應(yīng)用于異丙酚靜脈麻醉胃腸鏡檢查的影響效果。方法資料隨機(jī)選自2013年7月至2014年7月于本院行胃腸鏡檢查的患者74例,隨機(jī)分為對照組與研究組,兩組各37例。兩組建立靜脈通路后接受胃腸鏡檢查,對照組予以常規(guī)麻醉護(hù)理干預(yù),研究組予以系統(tǒng)護(hù)理干預(yù),分析兩組的醉效果、蘇醒時間與VAS疼痛評分及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果研究組的麻醉優(yōu)良率明顯高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。研究組的蘇醒時間與VAS疼痛評分均少于對照組,對比差異較為明顯(P0.05)。檢查中研究組的心率下降、呼吸抑制及血氧分壓下降等不良反應(yīng)率低于對照組,且檢查后興奮、眩暈等不良反應(yīng)少于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論異丙酚靜脈麻醉胃腸鏡檢查應(yīng)用護(hù)理干預(yù)可提高麻醉效果,減少患者疼痛并降低不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of nursing intervention on gastroenteroscopy under propofol intravenous anesthesia. Methods Seventy-four patients who underwent gastroenteroscopy from July 2013 to July 2014 were randomly divided into control group and study group with 37 cases in each group. The two groups were examined by gastroenteroscopy after the establishment of venous passage, the control group was given routine anesthesia nursing intervention, and the study group was given systematic nursing intervention. The effects of intoxication, recovery time, VAS pain score and adverse reactions in the two groups were analyzed. Results the excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The recovery time and VAS pain score in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P0.05). The rate of adverse reactions such as heart rate, respiratory depression and decrease of blood oxygen partial pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the adverse reactions such as excitement and vertigo were lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the application of nursing intervention in gastroenteroscopy under propofol intravenous anesthesia can improve the anesthetic effect, reduce pain and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
