【摘要】：目的探討丙泊酚聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼靶控輸注對患者血流動力學及腦電雙頻指數(shù)(BIS)的影響。方法選取2013年11月至2014年11月該院行丙泊酚聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼靶控輸注麻醉患者90例,根據(jù)瑞芬太尼靶控輸注的濃度將患者分為Ⅰ組(2.0 ng/ml)、Ⅱ組(3.0 ng/ml)和Ⅲ組(4.0 ng/ml),每組30例,三組丙泊酚的靶濃度均為4μg/ml。比較三組入室后5 min(T0)、插管前(T1)、插管后1 min(T2)、插管后3 min(T3)、插管后5 min(T4)時的心率(HR)、平均動脈壓(MAP)以及BIS,并比較蘇醒時間。結(jié)果 T2、T3、T4時刻Ⅲ組的BIS值顯著低于Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組(P0.05);Ⅰ組在T2、T3時刻的HR、MAP均顯著高于T1時刻,Ⅱ組在T2時刻HR、MAP顯著高于T1時刻(P0.05);Ⅲ組蘇醒時間顯著長于Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組(P0.05)。結(jié)論丙泊酚聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼靶控輸注麻醉隨著瑞芬太尼濃度的增加BIS值會降低,并且對血流動力學反應抑制作用也會增強。
