【摘要】：目的探討輕托下頜法在麻醉恢復(fù)室(PACU)嬰幼兒日間手術(shù)中的臨床應(yīng)用價值。方法選取100例日間手術(shù)患兒為研究對象,按隨機數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對照組,每組50例。觀察組在常規(guī)護理的基礎(chǔ)上再進行輕托下頜法,對照組使用一般常規(guī)護理,比較2組患兒在PACU蘇醒期并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生情況、患兒在PACU滯留時間及患兒家屬對護理工作的滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組患兒在PACU蘇醒期并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率低于對照組,在PACU滯留時間明顯短于對照組(均P0.01);觀察組患兒家屬對PACU護理工作的滿意度明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論輕托下頜法應(yīng)用于PACU嬰幼兒日間手術(shù)中,既可降低患兒蘇醒期間并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率,保證患兒的安全,又能減少患兒在PACU滯留時間,提高工作效率和家屬對護理工作的滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of mandibular brachytherapy in day-time operation of (PACU) in anesthetized recovery chamber. Methods 100 children undergoing daytime operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. On the basis of routine nursing, the observation group was followed by light mandibular care, and the control group was given general routine nursing. The complications of the two groups during the recovery of PACU were compared, and the retention time of the children in PACU and the satisfaction of the family members to the nursing work were compared. Results the incidence of complications in PACU recovery phase in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the retention time in PACU was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P0.01), and the satisfaction of the family members of the observation group on PACU nursing work was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the application of light mandible method in the day operation of PACU can not only reduce the incidence of complications during recovery, but also reduce the time of staying in PACU. Improve work efficiency and family satisfaction with nursing work.
