【摘要】：目的比較3種麻醉方法在小兒舌系帶成形術(shù)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法將176例患兒隨機分為3組,A組采用氯胺酮靜脈全身麻醉,B組采用氣管內(nèi)插管全身麻醉,C組采用七氟醚面罩吸入麻醉。對3組患兒麻醉誘導時間、清醒時間、術(shù)中呼吸、心率、氧飽和度、顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)松弛度以及不良反應(yīng)進行對比性研究。結(jié)果 3組麻醉方式中,呼吸頻率、心率、氧飽和度差異無統(tǒng)計學意義,A組麻醉誘導時間高于B組與C組,C組清醒時間低于A組與B組(P0.05)。A組呼吸抑制、喉肌痙攣不良反應(yīng)高于B組與C組,A組顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)松弛度欠滿意,與B組和C組差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。C組惡心嘔吐、嗆咳發(fā)生率低于A組和B組(P0.05),但蘇醒期躁動發(fā)生率高于B組(P0.05)。結(jié)論七氟醚吸入麻醉應(yīng)用于小兒舌系帶成形術(shù)簡單、安全,但應(yīng)注意預防蘇醒期躁動的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of three anesthetic methods in pediatric tongue mesenchygoplasty. Methods 176 children were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A received ketamine intravenous general anesthesia, group B received general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation, group C received sevoflurane mask inhalation anesthesia. The anesthesia induction time, waking time, respiration, heart rate, oxygen saturation, temporomandibular joint relaxation and adverse reactions were compared among the 3 groups. Results there was no significant difference in respiratory frequency, heart rate and oxygen saturation among the three groups. The induction time of anesthesia in group A was higher than that in group B and group C, and the waking time in group C was lower than that in group A and group B (P0.05). The side effect of laryngeal spasm was higher than that of group B and C, and the relaxation degree of temporomandibular joint in group A was not satisfactory, which was significantly different from that in group B and group C (P0.05). The incidence of nausea and vomiting in group). C was lower than that in group A and group B (P0.05). But the incidence of restlessness in recovery period was higher than that in group B (P0.05). Conclusion sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia is simple and safe in the treatment of children tongue mesenchygoplasty, but attention should be paid to the prevention of restlessness during recovery.
